• All the bookings are confirmed against 100% payment in advance. We do not encourage cash payments. Payments through cheque/bank transfer/credit cards are appreciated.
• Payments - Any payment received for a reservation is forwarded to the respective hotel/resort within a couple of days of the receipt.
• Refunds - Any kind of refunds are subject to the guidelines laid out by the respective hotel/resort. Service charge is charged for processing cancellations. Refunds will be processed after 15 working days from the
date of cancellation of the respective booking.
• Bookings cancelled due to any reasons from either the customer side or the vendor side are subject to strict cancellation policies of the hotel/resort. Refunds will be made as per the hotel/resort policies.
• Refunds will be paid though crossed cheque only.
