- Emails : All emails received by us are kept confidential and not distributed for spamming to any organization or product promotion companies. Emails received are replied within a day and all enquiries are kept in a register for further follow up on the next day. We do not send unsolicited emails for product promotions or seasonal greetings unless the person himself/ herself is interested in getting such details.
- Hotel Listing : We do extensive study of each hotel or the resort before we list them on our site. It is purely the discretion of our management team to enlist or to de list a particular property based on the merits or the feed back received from our clients. The tariff shown in our Web pages are the same as that of the hotel and not higher. We do not charge any service charges or levies over and above the rates, except for governmental or statutory levies like service tax or credit card charges.
Updation of hotel information is done periodically or as and when required. Tariff details are changed whenever the hotel revises their rates. Tariff displayed on the respective web pages are subject to change without notice.
- Terms and conditions / Booking cycle for making a hotel reservation :
- Prospective clients are requested to send in their enquiry for a particular hotel/ resort by filling up the form provided for each property.
- Our reservation department would check the availability with the hotel for the dates required and revert back within a day by email or telephone.
- Terms and conditions before making the payment would be sent to the client. · Once the client has accepted the terms for payment, he/ she can use a wide choice for making the payment to us. Details are available at our payment page.
- We would generate the Confirmation Voucher along with Invoice, Receipt, route map and brochure and the kit would be sent in person for those who are in Bangalore and by Professional Couriers for outside Bangalore.
- Cancellation / Refund Policy : Refund or postponement of the bookings once done would be solely be based on individual hotel or the resort’s policies for the same. Once the payment is made, there will be No refund. However depending upon the level of emergency, we shall put our best efforts and get postponement for a future date of travel. Tariff at the time of travel would be applicable and not the amount paid earlier.
